Access, Copyright & Fees

Transparent publication terms

Access model

The publisher must approve and disclose whether the journal is fully open access, hybrid or subscription-based. Do not advertise open access until article availability and reuse terms match the policy.

Copyright and licences

Publish the chosen author rights arrangement and exact Creative Commons licence, if applicable, on both the policy page and each article.

Charges and waivers

State all submission, review, publication and withdrawal fees explicitly, including when the fee is zero. Specify waiver criteria and refund rules.

No pay-to-accept policy

Payment must not influence reviewer selection or acceptance decisions.

Editorial and publisher details must be verified and policies formally approved before accepting submissions. No indexing claim is made.
