The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) exam by Scrum.org is designed to assess a candidate’s understanding of Scrum principles, Agile mindset, and servant leadership. The exam is conducted online and consists of multiple-choice, multiple-answer, and true/false questions that evaluate knowledge of Scrum theory, roles, events, artifacts, and best practices.
