Day 3: Advanced Financial Tools, Analysis, and Communication

Shifts the focus to advanced financial decision-making tools and effective communication of financial information. Participants will explore ROI, NPV, and IRR to evaluate investments and assess financial risks. The day will emphasize how to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders, and how to use financial analysis to drive strategic decisions within their departments. The course concludes with a personal action plan to implement the learned financial concepts in their managerial roles.
