It enables professionals to achieve a full MBA degree by completing additional advanced-level coursework, a dissertation, or a consultancy project.

An MBA Top-Up is a fast-track pathway that enables holders of a relevant postgraduate diploma (e.g., Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership or similar) to progress directly to a full Master of Business Administration (MBA) without repeating the full MBA coursework. Instead, you typically complete a research module, project, or dissertation to fulfil the final credit requirements.

A top-up degree is a way to gain a full Master's degree after achieving Diploma Level 7 (Post Graduate Diploma). The following are the important features of the MBA.
