Hiring Relationship Officer

We are hiring a Relationship Officer to build, manage, and strengthen client relationships while driving business growth. Success in this role requires the ability to engage with both existing and potential clients, handle inbound and outbound interactions effectively, and convert leads into long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized solutions.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening client relationships while driving revenue growth through effective sales and customer engagement. This role combines sales excellence with proactive client communication, including handling both inbound and outbound interactions within the education and training sector.

You will engage with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, identifying opportunities to convert leads, promote services, and maximize revenue. Success in this role requires strong follow-up, consistent engagement, and the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into clients.

Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, present offerings, and close sales.

Lead Follow-Up: Follow up consistently on inquiries and prospects to improve conversion rates.

Inbound Support: Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and solutions to clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and engagement.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through professional and timely communication.

Issue Resolution: Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Account Management: Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Performance Tracking: Track interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
