You will engage with prospective students, corporate clients, and stakeholders through effective communication, handling both inbound and outbound interactions. The role requires identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into enrolments and training engagements, ensuring consistent follow-ups, and delivering tailored guidance aligned with individual and organisational needs.
Admissions Management: Manage end-to-end student admissions from enquiry to enrolment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle student and client enquiries across email, phone, and digital platforms with timely and professional responses.
Lead Conversion: Convert prospective student and corporate enquiries into enrolments and training engagements through consistent follow-ups.
Programme Advisory: Provide detailed guidance on courses, certifications, and career pathways tailored to individual and corporate needs.
Training Coordination: Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of training programmes and corporate sessions.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth through enrolments and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, corporates, and strategic partners.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of admissions, leads, and client interactions within CRM systems.
Learning & Development Support: Assist in enhancing training programmes, conducting needs analysis, and improving course delivery frameworks.
HR & Administrative Support: Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and internal HR processes.
